SUBSTANCE: to provide internal springing of standard disk wheel use is made of flexible rod members 4 in form of hard members and flexible members alternatively fitted on flexible rod with engagement between each other. Flexible resilient rod members 4 are cantilever mounted in cross direction and are uniformly spaced over circumference between hub 3 and disk 2 or between rim 1 and disk 2, if detachable rim is used.
