FIELD: devices for processing rare metal concentrates; may be used in metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: device has pulsed source of optical radiation including radiator, energy-storage capacitor, control panel, pump with drive, apparatus for pressure leaching, cylindrical chamber with pulp inlet and outlet and radiator located in cylindrical chamber, level gage located in outlet. Cross-section areas of intake pipes and branch pipes are the same and do not exceed the area of diametrical coaxial gap between chamber and radiator. Energy-storage capacitor is multisectional with the number of sections determined by relation h=$$$, where $$$ is number of pulses per minute ensuring the required productive capacity and sufficient quality of activation; $$$ is maximum permissible number of pulses per minute for the selected type of capacitor included into energy-storage. The device is provided with switch for changing-over of sections of energy-storage capacitor to radiator. The device also has circulation circuit consisting of pump with drive, system for control of pulp flow, pipelines with volume determined by relation given in the description. EFFECT: higher degree of recovery of desired metals for concentrates low transparent for optical radiation. |
