FIELD: microelectronics; switching telephone lines, such as those in burglar alarm systems. SUBSTANCE: integrated circuit of electronic switch for two bidirectional transistor switches has first input of 2NAND gates connected in reverse direction through sixth diode to base of tenth transistor whose collector is connected to emitter of twelfth p-n-p transistor whose collector is connected to anode of first and second diodes and cathode of fourth diode is connected in forward direction through seventh diode to common bus; base of twelfth transistor of first thyristor switch is connected to second input of 2NAND gate of second thyristor switch and, voce versa, second inputs for connecting subscriber lines in both thyristor switches are interconnected. EFFECT: provision for handling telephone line of alarm system to ensure switching of this line to one of two circuits (telephone or alarm device) and for eliminating interswitching them. |
