FIELD: weapon, in particular, "firing device-nonfatal-action ammunition" shooting complexes intended for use by police in various operations. SUBSTANCE: in the firing device, whose cartridge loading assembly 1 is loaded with nonfatal-action ammunition, pulling of trigger 1 actuates the trigger mechanism, which causes a shot in succession by each ammunition; operation of primer caps in ammunition is ensured by peripheral strikers 12 whose strikes are delivered by lug 4 of turning striker 12. A shot propels hitting element 27, during whose motion in case 19, spinning of the hitting element is ensured necessary for its stabilization in flight due to engagement of rifling lugs 29 on case 19 and rifling grooves 33 on case 30 of hitting element 27. When hitting element 27 hits an obstacle, case 30 due to cuts 34 available on it gets in the case providing for a definite area of contact with the obstacle exceeding the cross- section area of non-deformed hitting element 27. At the same time, due to deformation of the connection straps between cuts 34 and action of internal friction at deformation of filler 32, an increase of the time of engagement of hitting element 27 with the obstacle is attained. As a result, when hitting element 27 hits the criminal, the force of shock action on him does not exceed the value required to put him out of action without injuring, which may cause a death or irreversible changes in the organism.
