As polyester is produced, which is obtained by glycol and terephthalic acid or the ester reaction, the M(H2PO4)n (1) and M(OX)n (2) is separately added in the polymerizing stage. The phosphoric compound addictive amount in formula(1) is 0.2-4 times as mol amount of a metal compound in formula(2). M is an alkali metal or an alkali earth metal, X is H2 or CH3, R2 is an aklkyl of 1-4 carbon atom.
