The invention relates to mold cup for brassier and preparation method thereof. After adhesion between layers of fabric and forming, the mold cup makes it possible to restore the shape with elasticity smoothly. Also, the cup can always maintains original form without causing the hygroscopicity and wrinkle. The mold cup for brassier is prepared by laminating polyester fabric, specific fabric having multi air pore layer, non woven fabric for forming, and interior fiber fabric in sequence, and then by warming and pressurizing the laminate in the forming mold. Polyester based fiber is employed as the surface fabric in the outermost surface layer of mold cup. Said polyester fiber has good water resistance and restitution restoring mold cup with wrinkle resulting from wash or press. Elastofill, or compound fabric of nylon and spandex is used as specific fabric with multi air pore layer. The Elastofill is mix spinning of polyester and lycra mixed in polyamide, and the polyamide has excellent air permeability and elasticity.
