FIELD: transport and cargo vessels. SUBSTANCE: two versions of ship - terminal are proposed; each cargo gear is located above cargo hold 1. According to first version, cargo gear is made in form of double-1-beam travelling crane with cantilevers whose guides 12 are mounted along ship's CL over lateral walls of superstructure which are provided with port holes for cargo handling jobs. Cantilevers are mounted on doors of port holes. Doors open before conjugation of cantilevers with respective beams of travelling crane. According to second version, each cargo handling gear is located above respective cargo hold 1 and is made in form of travelling crane whose guides are mounted in superstructure perpendicularly to ship's CL. Side walls 6 of superstructure are provided with port holes whose doors 13 are equipped with additional guides and are mounted for opening before conjugation of these guides with respective guides of travelling crane.
