SUBSTANCE: mechanical part of hopper car has brake cylinder secured on hopper car frame, two car bogie brake leverages connected to brake cylinder by means of brake leverage automatic regulator, levers and tie-rods. Brake cylinder piston rod is hinge-connected with driving arm of head bell crank whose middle part is hinge-connected with brake leverage automatic regulator furnished with drive and driven arm of head bell crank is hinge-connected with shackle whose opposite end is hinge-connected with bracket rigidly secured on hopper car frame. Opposite end of brake leverage automatic regulator is connected with tie-rod other end of which is hinge-coupled with rear intermediate lever close to brake cylinder. intermediate lever has in its middle part a cylindrical pin or shaft providing free turning of intermediate lever and its movement in slot of hopper car center sill. Opposite end of this lever is hinge-connected through tie-rod with car bogie brake leverage. Middle part of near rear intermediate lever is hinge-connected through tie-bar with middle part of far rear intermediate lever one end of which is hinge-connected with bracket rigidly coupled with hopper car structure and opposite end of far rear intermediate lever is hinge-connected with other bogie brake leverage.
