FIELD: mining industry; may be used in opencast mining of minerals composed of coeval and nocoeval rocks in vertically dipping ore bodies confined in plan, in particular, mining of vertically dipping adjacent kimberlite pipes. SUBSTANCE: method includes working of opencast field by stages with layer-by-layer working of stages by benches, formation of mining and nonmining flanks of opencast, construction of inclined safety and haulage berms, conjugation of adjacent benches by smooth-surface blasting, formation of intermediate contours between adjacent stages and end contour of opencast by resulting angle. Formed between adjacent stages of opencast are platforms for adjoining main route with horizontal and inclined berms. Access ramps of haulage berm of previous stage to platforms of joining of adjacent stages are formed parallel to route of access ramps of haulage berms of the next stage with variable angle of inclination. Adjacent benches are conjugated by tripling of the latter beginning from intermediate contour between adjacent stages with increase of resulting angle of slope of tripled benches on lower horizons. Inclined safety berms are formed beginning from the lower part of the next stage of nonmining flank, and safety berms of preceding stage and upper part of next stage are made horizontal. In this case resulting angle of nonmining flank is increased beginning from intermediate contour between adjacent stages. Formed in lower part of next stage is horizontal platform of transfer point. Width of haulage berm on lower horizons of next stage is reduced. resulting angle of slope of tripled benches is increased up to maximum stable value. EFFECT: higher efficiency. |
