摘要 FIELD: organic synthesis, synthetic rubber production. SUBSTANCE: proposed method employs, as feedstock material, butadiene-1, 3 which is subjected to polymerization in toluene at temperature 20-40 C, in presence of catalytic system consisting of following components: cobalt (II) compound, such as stearate, octoate, naphthenate, 2-ethylhexalate and acetylacetonate taken in amount from 0.03 to 0.2 mole/litre, and aluminium-organic compound selected from group consisting of diisobutyl aluminium chloride, diethyl aluminium chloride, isobutyl aluminium sesquichloride and ethyl aluminium sesquichloride, molar aluminium-to-cobalt ratio being from 20 to 150. Catalytic system further comprises water in amount from 0.0008 to 0.003 % weight based on solvent weight. Catalytic system additionally comprises polyalumooxane of formula, wherein R is ethyl, isobutyl, and n is equal to at least 2, molar ratio of polyalumooxane-to-cobalt (II) compound being from 2 to 30. Resulting product cis-1, 4-polybutadiene can be further used for production of synthetic rubber, tyres, rubber products, shock-resistant polystyrene and other products. EFFECT: proposed method makes it possible to control molecular weight and microstructure of polymer, to sharply reduce yield of by-product butenetolyl, while preserving high process rates.
