SUBSTANCE: surface is treated in sulfuric, formic, oxalic, citric or sulfosalycilic acid solution by alternating low-frequency current with equal duration of anode and cathode pulses and different ratio of current amplitudes for anode and cathode half- periods. As a result, porous oxide layer is formed. EFFECT: increased adhesion of coating to substrate due to anchor engagement on porous surface. |
