Multiple coaxial line connections e.g. for satellite aerials switchover or branching circuits

Three switching units (1) are connected together in cascade by multiple coaxial connectors (11), one after the other, so that twelve subscribers can receive programmes. Each of the switching units has five coaxial inputs (13) and five coaxial outputs (15), each of similar form, suitable for sockets or plugs. Each of the coaxial connectors is equipped with five coupling elements, and the coaxial connectors can be combined into a common connector as shown. The input lines (3a,3b,3c,3d,3e) for differently polarised electromagnetic waves are shown.
