Laser beam levelling device esp. for determining flat or level surface e.g. for construction site

The device has an arrangement for generating a laser beam. It also has a rotating head which transmits the beam. The laser beam can be set into a rotational movement by the rotating head. This forms a horizontal or inclined laser plane used for measuring. A rotary frame (18) is rotatable or pivotal about an approx. perpendicular axis (A-A). At least one slope device (31) is connected to the rotary frame (18) and is pivotable about an approx. horizontal axis (D-D). The rotatable head (3) can be pivoted or aligned both about the perpendicular and the horizontal axes. Both the rotary frame and the slope device have a drive arrangement (19,20,21) and an arrangement (22,23,24) for determining the pivot point or rotary point. The drive arrangement and the pivot point determining arrangement are connected to at least one controller (17) to monitor and control the respective rotation or pivot point. Liquid bubble spirit levels (11,16) are used.
