Flat heat tube device for e.g. IGBT or intelligent power module

The heat tube has two mutually parallel aluminium plates (20,21) which are welded together to form a heat transfer circuit between them in which a working liquid can be placed. A corrugated aluminium plate (10) can be inserted between the two plates to form a heat transfer path. Through holes can be formed in side walls of convex-concave sections of the corrugated aluminium plate. A metal pipe for feeding in the liquid is welded to one open end of heat transfer path and a defined section of the pipe is sealed by pressure bonding and/or welding after introducing the liquid.
