The machine tool is formed from two rotating rings (3a,b) which are located to face one another. The rings can be brought relatively closer together or moved farther apart. The machine tool also has a mechanism for axial movement of the seats of the clamping chuck. Inside the seats, there are adjustable holders for locking and releasing the shanks of the tools in the respective seats.
