Cassette for video tape which is provided to decrease the amount of plastic to lose weight reduces the production cost and prevents errors for combining parts of upper and lower sides of goods when assembling goods. In cassette for lower part video tape, the thickness of peanut core part(III-1 , III-2) becomes 1.4mm-1.6mm, the supporting rib(20) preventing the change of it across peanut core part is installed.
