The pipe cutting device comprises a fixed metal mold(18) in which a pipe to be cut is inserted and held tight, a moving metal mold(5) to cut the pipe inserted in the fixed metal mold(18) moving up and down, right and lift, a supporting part which supports pipes held by the fixed metal mold(18) and the moving metal mold(5), a return part which returns the supporting part to its original position when the moving metal mold(5) returns after it moves to the work position. To cut a pipe(9), the pipe is inserted, then the guide bar(1) moves along the outer wall of the moving punch and the fixed punch, and along the inner wall or the moving and fixed metal mold. With this, by moving metal mold up and down, right and left, the pipe is cut.
