Decoder a device so the interface between VCR and TV records are not recognized then the luminance signal(Y) of vertical helper line of pal plus signal as a chrominance signal(C), and the device adds the switches(SW1,SW2,SW3) and a divider(22) to the decoder which decodes pal plus signal to display the signal recorded in VCR on TV, so the device is operated by outputting switch control signal(SW) in VCR, therefore, the device replays the pal plus signal of new letter box type recorded in VCR on TV by interfacing with TV.
