The method involves a mobile application part (MAP) (10) which defines a protocol for a connection between a mobile subscriber and a service supplier. The transmission capabilities application part (TCAP) (20) produces the protocol in order to transfer information according to the definition. The signal connection control part (SCCP) (30) produces the service according to the transfer protocol and an MTP (40) with a message signal processing unit (50) to use the network. The MTP has three transfer levels (41,42,43) for a digital communication network.
