Indexing drive mechanism for stage switching transformers

The indexing switch mechanism for use with a load switching electrical transformer has a drive crank (5) that has a roller that engages the slots of a Geneva wheel mechanism (4) that increments once for each crank rotation. Coupled to the wheel is a carrier (13) and this moves to engage a pin (12) mounted on a further carrier (10) and this is integral with an output crank. The crank is incremented with each position being latched.
