<p>The instant invention provides a filling material (referred to herein as 'soft ice') comprising a composition consisting of 70 % to 85 % water, 4-10 % salt, 8-15 % glycerine and 2-6 % polyacrylaimde for use in making cold packs which are appropriate for laboratory, medical, industrial or home uses. The soft ice compositions are inexpensive and do not change state under high temperatures.</p> |
