The multiphase extraction system comprises at least two chambers (1, 2) which are connected in their upper and lower sections by connecting ducts (4), provided with dispersion devices (3) and have nozzles (12, 13, 15, 16) for feeding in and removing a first and second dispersed phase. Separation zones (7) are provided in the region where the connecting ducts (4) discharge into the chambers (1, 2) and are provided with coalescence-promoting packings (8). The connecting ducts (4) can also be provided with coalescence-promoting packings (9).
