The invention relates to a fuel line (16) which connects components of the fuel delivery means to each other or to the internal combustion engine (14). The fuel line (16) is in the form of a pipe (16) and fastened to a connection member (20). The periphery of the pipe (16) has a bearing bulge (36) adjacent the connection member (20). By dividing the pipe (16) the pipe section (16a) which remains on the connection member (20) has the bearing bulge (36) and produces a new connection member to which a new fuel line, for example, a flexible hose, can be fastened. The fuel line or components connected thereto are simple to dismantle due to the preparation of the pipe (16) with the bearing bulge (36).
