摘要 A piezoelectric ceramic composite is produced by mixing materials so that the formula of the composition may be PB1-a-bBaaCdb(Zn1/3NBb2/3)c(Ni1/3Nb2/3)0.15-c(ZrdTi1-d)0.85O3 in which a, b, c and d are 0.07 to 0.13 mole, 0.01 to 0.03, 0.001 to 0.1 and 0.4 to 0.6, respectively. A process for producing a layer-built shift element comprises the steps of: drying and calcinating the composite at 800 to 900 C for 2 to 4 hrs; making the powder assembled with a binder and molding under a pressure of 0.8 to 1.2ton/cm2; sintering the molded body at 1000 to 1100 C for 1 to 6 hrs; drilling the sintered body to have a disc shape and attaching a electrode.
