Output buffer part(11) is connected in-between node(N3) and output node(N8) to output data to the outside of element, and input buffer part(12) is connected in-between output node(N8) and node(N12) to store the data inside of the element. Cell memory part(13) is connected in-between node(N1) and node(N12) to save the input data in the cell address block of element, and data register part(14) is connected in-between node(N4) and node(N11) to store the input data temporarily. Multiplex circuit part(15) inputs the cell data of inside circuit and the data to be saved in data register part, and outputs data to be selected by multiplex control signal(mux) from the input data.
