KAOLINE PAPER MAKING METHOD AND MAT FOR THE KAOLINE PAPER

Process for producing kaoline soil which is effective for purifying water and removing odor comprises the steps of: treating at a temperature of 1100 to 1200 C for 9 hrs to remove impurities and obtaining kaoline powder of 350 mesh by sieving; mixing carboxymethyl cellulose, starch powder, water and kaoline powder at a weight ratio of 1:2:18:18; spraying the mixture on a surface so as to have a proper thickness; drying it to make kaoline soil. This kaoline soil can be used for a laminating material so as to make a mat.
