A display spacer structure (14, 14') includes a frame (30, 30', 14'') with side members (35, 37, 32, 32', 35', 37', 35'', 32'') joined together to define a central opening. Spaced apart grooves (42, 42', 43, 45) are formed in each of an opposed pair of the side members (35, 37, 32, 32', 35', 37', 35'', 32''), and the ends of a plurality of spacers (44, 44') are fixed in the grooves(42, 42', 43, 45).
