The invention applies to pressure metal processing. The invention aims to expand the technological potentialities of the machine. The machine consists of a casing (1), bending template with a profile of an elliptic trough (2) put on a gear axle (3), a fastening key (4), an insert with a calibrating trough profile (7) installed in a pressing slide-block (5). In order to regulate the friction force between the pressure slide-block (5) and casing (1), prism plates are installed (8), placed on both sides of the pressure slide-block (5) and through a gasket (9) connected by screws (10) to the casing (1). Between the support slab (11), fastened to the casing (1), and pressure slide-block bottom (6) there are rolling rollers installed (12) mounted in a staple (13). For the pipe (14) pressing there is a pressure holder (15). A support roller (16) exists to compensate the jet force, pressing out the pipe from the profile of the calibrating trough (7), and to hold the pipe. |
