PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF HARDENING ACCELERATORS FROM CASTABLE CHEMICAL HYBRIDE

The hardened body by castable chemical hybride method is produced by dissolving the following materials in water, reacting and synthesizing: (A) slag, sludge, slaked lime, gypsum, guicked lime and Portland cement as a hardened supplementary agent, (B) sodium alginate, ammonium alginate, carboxyl cellulose(CMC), polyvinyl alcohol or like as binder and (C) water glass, sodium lignosulfate, sodium tripolyphosphate, soluble silica, aluminum sulfate or like as reinforcement agent. Therefore, the produced hardened body has superior resistant acid, base and water so that it can be used as various reinforcement materials.
