This invention is classified in the oscillatory equipment and mechanisms category, it can be used for the production of machinery and devices, in electrical engineering and electronics and other branches of industry. The invention ensures the continuous increase of speed helical motion of transported parts inside a chamfer, eliminates the possibility of their coherence, thus widening the sphere of application of oscillatory batchers. The result is achieved by using an oscillatory batcher with a plate, helical chamfer and conical bottom; it also has high and low vibration frequency range systems. A high vibration frequency range system consists of a high frequency tension generator, high frequency signals amplifier and high frequency vibration exciters, mounted on the bottom surface of helical chamfer plate. Each of these exciters is connected to the separate thermals of the high frequency signals amplifier. A low vibration frequency range system consists of a low frequency tension generator and low frequency signals amplifier, connected to an electromagnetic oscillator. High and low vibration frequency range systems are connected to each other via a switchboard. |
