<p>A spacer template for use in spacing apart subsea oil/gas wells has a plurality of spaced conductor guides (12) which locate the conductor guides in their respective positions with their axes aligned generally vertically. The internal diameters of the conductor guides (12) are oversized with respect to the outside diameter of the respective conductors (16) and within each conductor guide there is a shallow ring (14) of only slightly larger internal diameter than the external diameter of the conductor (16), the shallow ring (14) being upwardly chamfered (15) within the guide, whereby the ring (14) acts to locate the conductor (16) even if the template is out of level.</p> |
