PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent video picture from being hard to be watched if dirt from the hand and the like are stuck to a touch panel arranged on a display screen by displaying video picture and icon image of aspect ratio 4:3 on a display screen of aspect ratio 16:9 arranging so as not to overlap each other. SOLUTION: A sending out device 2 changes kinds of a picture in accordance with kinds and request of a receiver connected to a network. Any picture is outputted with an aspect ratio 4:3. The liquid crystal display device 3 incorporates a function block detecting ID-1 data from a blanking signal part of an input video signal, when ID-1 data is detected in this function block, a picture of an aspect ratio 4:3 is automatically enlarged to a picture of an aspect ratio 16:9. Thereby, a picture of an aspect ratio 4:3 is displayed on a screen of the liquid crystal display device 3, also, an icon is arranged at a region which does not overlap this picture display region. |
