PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the adverse influence due to a radio wave propagation fault and to stabilize communication quality. SOLUTION: Plural radio parts 11 storing each transmission/reception antenna 12 performing communication with, a mobile station 1 are arranged on the running lane of a road 2 so that the communication area by each antenna 12 may form each overlapped radio zone 14, the transmission information by each antenna 12 to the mobile station 1 is repeatingly transmitted and the transmission information is cyclically transmitted by each different transmission timing from each antenna 12. When the information transmitted from the antenna 12 by any timing is normally received by the mobile station 1, the transmission information for a base station 10 is transmitted by the transmission slot based on the received information, the normal/defective of the reception information received by each antenna 12 is decided in the base station 10, and the transmission information for the mobile station 1 is transmitted by the one antenna 12 excellently receiving the transmission information from the mobile station 1. |
