PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately move an input position mark to a necessary position by moving the input position mark like a cursor pointer in steps to the side of an area to which the line of sight an operator is directed. SOLUTION: A pupil extraction part 141 extracts a retia reflection image (pupil) from face image stored in an image memory 102.
