PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the speed change operability of a transmission device of a traveling agricultural machine SOLUTION: In this transmission device of a traveling agricultural machine having multi-stage speed change positions, all the speed change positions are divided into plural speed-changeable regions in a state that the regions are partially overlapped each other. An arbitrary speed-changeable region is selected from the plural speed-changeable regions with a first speed-changing operation means 17 which is a movable operation tool, and an arbitrary speed-changeable position is selected from the selected speed-changeable region with a second speed-changing means 17a, 17b.
