PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, in which a column and a beam having walls and being made of concrete are reinforced, and provide a reinforcing material suitable to the reinforcement of column and beam by forming through-holes to the walls. SOLUTION: Through-holes 3 through a concrete wall 2 are formed at places brought near to the columnar structure of a wall in the columnar structure 1, in which the concrete wall 2 is formed continuously on the side face of a column and a beam and which has the wall, tape-shaped reinforcing materials 4, in which intermediate sections 4a in the longitudinal direction are woven in narrow width while being fixed with a resin in a rod shape, as tapes, in which reinforcing fibers having tensile strength larger than concrete are woven, are inserted into the through-holes, and the intermediate sections are placed in the through-holes and stuck and fixed. The tape sections of the reinforcing materials are wound on the columnar structure, and stuck and fastened onto the peripheral surface of the columnar structure. |
