PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an article apparently beautiful and good in abrasion resistant. SOLUTION: A peeling layer of 2μm of an acrylic resin is formed on a substrate sheet 1 of 38μm in which a mold releasing layer of a melamine resin is provided on a polyester resin film, and a pattern layer of 2μm in which an acrylic resin is used as a binder and phthalocyan blue is contained, a phosphorescent pattern layer of 150μm in which acryl-vinyl chloride copolymer is used as a binder and strontium aluminate is contained, and an adhesive layer of 2μm of an acrylic resin are formed on the peeling layer. In this way, a phosphorescent pattern painting material 3 is obtained, the material 3 is supplied into a molding mold 4 one by one, after the mold being closed, the molten acrylic resin is injected and packed into a cavity, a resin molding 6 is molded, simultaneously the material 3 is bonded to its surface, the mold is opened after being cooled, the molding 6 is removed, the substrate sheet 1 is peeled off, and a resin molding with phosphorescent pattern is obtained.
