PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable fine treatment with high positional precision while referring to the ultrasonic image of a lesion by providing an ultrasonic vibrator near an X-ray generating part. SOLUTION: At the top end part of thin tube 3 inserted into a body to be examined 10 while being extended from one terminal part of an electron beam source 1 in the axial direction so as to guide electron beams radiated from the electron beam source 1 into the body 10, an ultrasonic vibrator 8 is provided for transmitting/receiving ultrasonic waves toward the inside of the body 10 and an ultrasonic diagnostic device 9 is provided for constituting and displaying the ultrasonic image of a lesion 7 of the body 10 by processing ultrasonic echo signals collected by this ultrasonic vibrator 8. Thus, fine treatment is enabled with high positional precision while referring to the ultrasonic image of the lesion 7 of the body 10. |
