<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectually heat treat a powder and granular material and produce a valuable material in a short time by disposing a plurality of plates into multiple stages with an interval in a treatment chamber, providing a rotator on an upper surface of each plate, and falling the powder supplied on an uppermost stage onto the lower stage plate in succession with the aid of the rotator. SOLUTION: When iron, zinc, lead etc., are recovered from a powdered and granular scrap (hereinafter, called powder and granular material), a vacuum pump is actuated, the inside of a treatment chamber 21 and hollers 61b, 91b are brought into a vacuum atmosphere. Then, a motor 41a, a heated 31 32... are actuated, and when the inside of the treatment chamber 21 reaches a predetermined temperature, a valve 61a is opened, and the powder and granular material is dropped onto the uppermost stage plate 51 from the hopper 61b. The powder and granular material on the plate 51 is spread thinner and is stirred by a rotator 81, and is dropped onto the lower stage plate 52... from an opening formed in the plate 51. During this, zinc and lead in the powder and granular material are evaporated and recovered by a condenser, while remaining iron is recovered into the hopper 91b.</p> |
