PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a rotor suitable for high-speed rotation by preventing the swelling of an outer-periphery ring part and at the same time improve the mounting working efficiency of a rotor magnet provided along the inner surface of the outer-periphery ring part and the motor performance. SOLUTION: A rotor is constituted of a rotor yoke 32 with an outer-periphery ring part 35 which is continuous without any break and a yoke body part 36 located inside the ring part 35 and a rotor magnet 33 provided along the inner surface of the outer-periphery ring part 35 between the outer-periphery ring part 35 and the yoke body part 36. The rotor magnet 33 is a plastic magnet which is formed in one piece by filling into a magnet filling part 38 provided between the outer-periphery ring part 35 and the yoke body part 36 using injection molding, thus preventing the partial concentration of the centrifugal force for the magnet 33.
