PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a radio equipment in which the linearity characteristic of a power amplifier stage is compensated with high accuracy by automatically adjusting the deviation of an offset voltage between a transmission system and a negative feedback system in the case of using a linearizer. SOLUTION: In this equipment, a signal component obtained by applying orthogonal demodulation to a transmission signal detected from power amplifier stages 112, 113 in a transmission slot timing repeated for a prescribed time interval is fed back to an orthogonal modulator to compensate the linearity characteristic of the power amplifier stages 112, 113. The equipment is provided with error voltage correction means 210, 220 which are used to make respective offset voltage of the signal component obtained by an orthogonal demodulator 204 in matching with respective offset voltage of the signal component obtained by an orthogonal modulator 104 by comparing the offset voltage of the signal component obtained by the orthogonal demodulator 204 with the offset voltage of the signal component obtained by the orthogonal modulator 104 for other periods than the transmission slot timing. |
