发明名称 SPRAYING MAINTENANCE MATERIAL FOR IRON SPOUT IN PLAST FURNACE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To a spraying maintenance material capable of efficiently adhering on a surface to be repaired, free from the generation of peeling and cracking and excellent in durability by compounding alumina refractory material with powdery pitch, a thermosetting phenolic resin and sodium chloride. SOLUTION: This spraying maintenance material is prepared by compounding 100 pts.wt. of an alumina refractory material with 1-15 pts.wt. of powdery pitch having a softening point of 110-350 deg.C, 2-10 pts.wt. of a powdery thermosetting phenolic resin and 0.5-10 pts.wt. of sodium chloride. The addition of sodium chloride stimulates the gelation of the material which has been mixed with water to improve adherence. Therefore, when the material is mixed with water at the tip of a spraying machine, the gelation of the material instantaneously occurs by the function of sodium chloride to enable the spraying of the material to a site to be repaired. Since the sprayed material becomes gelatinous instantaneously, it sticks efficiently on the site to be repaired without flowing down.
