PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal which can more efficiently input the physical situation of a patient and which can easily grasp a part where the physical situation is generated. SOLUTION: In the portable terminal, an operator indicates the part to which the physical situation is inputted on a human body diagram by tapping it with a pen. Then, the list of the physical situations which probably occur in the part is displayed in a pop up list. When the physical situation to be inputted is selected, the pop up list of the value of the physical situation is displayed. The value becomes a value showing the degree of 'heavy' and 'light'. When the operator selects the degree from the pop up list, the value is inputted as the physical situation. Thus, the operator can easily input the physical situation only by tapping with the pen and the like. |
