<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce hands or to make s system unmanned by enabling the start management of competitors by confirming the safety of competition course even without competition staffs or monitor staffs. SOLUTION: Concerning the ski competition to perform the competition for which competitors successively start from a start point through a competition course 1 decided with the start point 2 and the goal point 3 or the like, plural speakers 17 (A, B, C and D) are installed at required positions such as near the start point, near the goal point and the outside parts of competition course. At prescribed timing when there is no detection from an invader detecting means 10 for detecting any invader excepting for competitors enters the inside of competition course 1 based on the detection of start detecting means 4 and goal detecting means 5, the start enable information generating means of control equipment 20 generates start enable information from any required speaker so as to permit start to the competitor. Besides, when the invader detecting means 10 detects that any invader enters the inside of competition course 10, an alarm is issued from any required speaker 17 by an alarm issuing means.</p> |
