PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the autoimmune autoantibody by the contact with an autoimmune antigen by introducing the gene information from the gene library of a cross reactive donor (donor) to a plurality of receiving cells to provide transforming cells, and detecting the reaction of the antigen with the autoantigen revealed by the producing cells. SOLUTION: The gene information from a gene library is introduced into a plurality of receiving cells, and the gene library is provided from a donor revealing the protein antigen reactive to the autoantibody. Thus, transforming cells are produced. A transformation producing cell containing the gene coding the autoantigen is selected by detecting the bonding reaction between the antibody and the autoantigen revealed by the producing cells, whereby the clone DNA segment from the donor is identified. This method also comprises a process for producing the autoantigen from the clone DNA segment. Thus, the autoimmune autoantigen is produced. |
