PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of not only a film itself but also the laminated lower layer of the film or a material to be bonded by ultraviolet rays by specifying the relation between the contents of an ultraviolet absorber and an oxidation inhibitor contained in a (meth)acrylic ester resin film and the thickness of the film. SOLUTION: The mutual relation between the content W1 (mg/cm<3> ) of an ultraviolet absorber contained in a (meth)acrylic ester resin film, the content W2 (mg/cm<3> ) an oxidation inhibitor contained therein and the thickness d(cm) of the film is set so as to satisfy 0.055<W1×d<0.19, 0.032<W2×d<0.38 and 0.5<W1 /W2 <1.7. The ultraviolet absorber is one or more kind of a compd. selected from a group consisting of a benzotriazole compd., a benzophenone compd., a cyanoacrylate compd., a salicylic acid compd. and an acrylonitrile compd. and the oxidation inhibitor is a hindered amine oxidation inhibitor.
