PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange many switches in a housing without damaging operating capability by setting third and forth operation means on the side of the housing, and arranging both operation means so as to dislocate the position in the thickness direction of the housing. SOLUTION: A direction indicator operating device 12 and an operation indicator operating device 13 of a first operation means and a second operation means are arranged left and right on one main surface of a housing. At least one operation indicator operating device 14 is set on the side surface (back surface) of the housing positioned in the upper part of the operating device 12 or the operating device 13. Preferably, a pair of operation indicator operating devices 14 is arranged in the right and left upper part of the operating device 12 and the operating device 13 so as to dislocate the positions in the thickness direction of the housing. In the figure, one operating device is indicated by 14a and the other operating device is indicated by 14b.
