PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems for manufacturing and incineration and to avoid being bulky when folding it by providing a plurality of divisional frames prepd. by bending a single-sided corrugated board into a U-shape and sticking and fixing an external frame surrounding this divisional frame. SOLUTION: A body 1 prepd. by using a recycled paper as a raw material is prepd. by a method wherein a plurality of divisional frames 2 each prepd. by bending the raw material into a U-shape are arranged in the direction of right angles to the bending line and the arranged divisional frames 2 is surrounded from the underside by an external frame 7 of a double-sided corrugated board bent into a U-shape in the same direction and they are connected with each other by sticking and fixing them. The side inner plates 6 bent on both sides of the connected divisional frames 2 are made to stand themselves under a condition where they are adjoining to each other and are leant against each other to form a leant region 11. As the divisional frames 2, a single-sided corrugated board is used and a divisional room is formed in such a way that a cushioning stage 3 is made inside and an inner angle bending line 5 is provided by a bending line in the right angle direction to the cushioning stage 3 and the central part of the divisional frame 2 is made to be a bottom inner sheet 4. Fluorescent lamps are stored in each divisional room thereof to prevent the fluorescent lamps from bringing them into contact with each other and being broken by keeping the intervals of the fluorescent lamps each other. |
