PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket issuing data processing system which monitors the ticket issuing situation of a ticket issuing machine on a real time basis, which can automatically give the indication of an accounts processing and display/operation to the ticket issuing machine and the indication of the display/ making of order products to a kitchen and in which all kinds of currency can be used. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a data processing means executing the accounts processing and processing order data of the products, the ticket issuing machine issuing the food tickets and a kitchen output means indicating the making of the products to the kitchen. In such a case, the ticket issuing machine 11, a data processing machine 12 and a kitchen printer 16 are connected by a communication line. The food ticket selling situation of the ticket issuing machine 11 is monitored by the data processing machine 12 on a real time basis. Display and the operation of the ticket issuing machine 11 are indicated in accordance with food ticket selling situation and the display and the making of the order products are indicated to kitchen printer 16. |
