<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the monitoring data without using any communication format decoding circuit. SOLUTION: A data distribution controller 303 reproduces the prescribed video information out of an on-line storage 205-1 with equation of time and in many channels and successively distributes these reproduced information to the data processors 302-1 to 302- N by the instruction of a system controller 301. Then the video information distributed by the controller 303 is fast written in a FIFO memory 401 of the processing part 302-1 . A formatter 403 applies the communication format processing to the video information on an MPRG 2-PES that is read out of the memory 401 in real time, so that the transmission data PO1 on an MPEG2-TS are obtained. At the same time, the monitoring data DM1 are obtained through the data expansion processing, etc., of a decoder 404. Therefore, the decoder 404 needs no communication format decoding circuit and the cost can be reduced for a data transmitting device.</p> |
